Been here multiple times. Latest dropped my car off on Friday afternoon for suspension noise. Inspection with the mechanic when the car on the lift and agreed on what need to be replace. shop called and ready for pick-up on Saturday. Took lyft there and paid. As driving home found out original noise issue was still there and alignment was off. Drove back and they said it needs additional part! Why didnt call for additional approval for $10 parts? So I decided to have them replace it too since is there. left the car there and called lyft to get home. Got a called 2 days later is now Monday and said it was ready. At test drive the alignment was pulling to the right now and supposed to be included in the estimates but still being charged. And said I need another part and new tires. I paid and got the hell out there. Alignment was pulling they can't align the car after 2 attempts with all new suspension parts and said it needs more additional parts and new tires when tires is 2 years old and all suspension was replaced there. Now I'm going to take my car somewhere else to have it align. You lost a customer. Parts was expensive, I tried. Stay away people. 6/29 a month later the tie

Flat tire on a rental is the worst. Avis said it was going to charge me for installing the spare. AAA services out of state are a pain too. My option was to find a local tire center. The Gutierrez team was extremely helpful, found the puncturing artifact, and fixed the tire. All within 20 minutes. They gave me very good advice as a tourist of the Bay Area. These are good people. I highly recommend them.

After having lunch in Japan town, we noticed we had a screw in our tire so we found this shop around the corner. Jesus was awesome, he took care of the screw in the tire and we were out of there in 15 mins. Highly recommend coming here if you need assistance!

I went to this shop for a simple tire rotation because it was close to my workplace—normally, I go to American Tires. After they finished, I asked how often I should rotate my tires, and the technician told me every 3,000 miles. I knew for a fact it should be 6,000 miles, so he either didn’t know or deliberately gave me incorrect information. Two weeks later, my wheel cover came off, which had never happened before. When I brought my car back and asked if they could reinstall it, the technician dismissed my concern, saying it was "normal wear and tear" and that I needed to replace it—without even checking the issue. I’ve had my tires rotated at other places before, and this never happened. Instead of making any effort to reinstall it or help me, they just brushed me off. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a tire shop, and I won’t be coming back. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

Searching FB marketplace for alignment shops that have the alignment rack level with the ground. My car is lowered and can't make it on the ramps like most shops have. Saw their ad and it was just what I was looking for. Got in touch with Jesus about alignment. He asked what kind of vehicle and gave me a price. Came the next day and was very impressed with how clean the shop was. Jesus was very personable and gave great fast service. I replaced all my suspension components and my alignment was way off! He took care of it. He even told me to come back in a week, so he can double check the alignment, because once the suspension settles, it may need minor adjustments. Definitely recommend Gutierrez Tires & Wheels! Will most definitely be my go to! I have 4 cars and one will always needs some type of work done! Thanks Jesus!
